PRINTABLE SHEETS

A printable sheet for producing one or more blanks foldable into protective covers for optical discs and the like. The sheet includes a pattern of reduced strength defining at least one sleeve blank, preferably a pair of blanks, for a CD separable along the defined pattern. The blank is foldable after separation to form a sleeve having a front cover and a rear cover, and includes one or more sealing flaps each oriented on the sheet to lie parallel to opposing sheet edges. The sheet is provided with one or more adhesive strips also parallel to the sheet edges for securing the front cover to the rear cover via the sealing flaps after printing, separation and folding.
