PURPOSE: An opening and sealing device for beverage container is provided to open and seal the inlet of the beverage container conveniently and at any time. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a main body(10) which is coupled to the inlet of a container(1); a lid(30) which is rotatably covered on the main body; and a lifting member(20) which is inserted into the main body so as to be vertically movable and opens the inlet of the container as it descends upon the forward rotation of the lid and seals the inlet of the container as it ascends upon the reverse rotation of the lid.
