PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity conditioner capable of saving trouble for adding humidification water and discharging dehumidification water and can perform dehumidification and humidification in all seasons. SOLUTION: In the humidity conditioner comprising a humidification water tank to store water for humidification, a humidification section having a heating means for vaporizing water and a steam discharging cylinder for leading steam to a discharge port and a dehumidifier having a dehumidification water receiver for storing dehumidification water therein, a heat exchanger for removing moisture, and a dry air discharging cylinder for leading dry air to a discharge port contained in a common external shell member, the water produced in dehumidification is utilized for humidification.
