PURPOSE: An external shielding structure is provided to prevent a needle electrode from being generated at a gap at an interface between an epoxy resin insulator and an external shielding layer. CONSTITUTION: An external shielding structure includes an insulation paint layer(2) of a constant thickness and a conduction paint layer(3) of a constant thickness. The insulation paint layer(2) of a constant thickness is formed on an outer surface of an epoxy resin insulator(1), and the conduction paint layer(3) of a constant thickness is formed on a surface of the insulation paint layer(2) of a constant thickness.
