PURPOSE: A multi-functional net hauling device is provided to prevent caught fish from being injured by hauling only a sinker line using a drum without hurting the caught fish, and enable the fish to be processed on the spot immediately after being pulled up, to facilitate cleaning and organization of fishing net and tools, and to reduce the labor force by pulling up the net by a mechanically driving force, thereby maximizing the workability and hauling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The multi-functional hauling device comprises: a mounting plate(1) divided into an upper plate and a lower plate; a driving motor(2) and a decelerator(3) provided on the mounting plate(1); a drum installed in front of the decelerator(3), rotating as the driving motor(2) is driven and having an outer drum(41) and an inner drum(42); a guide roller(5) connected to the mounting plate(1) in front of the drum and having a first guide roller(51) and a second guide roller(52); a pulling roller(6) connected to the drum by a chain in the rear of the drum having an upper pulling roller(61) and a lower pulling roller(62); teeth(61a, 62a) installed on the outer periphery of the upper and lower pulling rollers(61, 62) rotating and engaged with each other; and a guide groove(62b) for guiding a sinker line.
