PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle for wearing an extendable and contractible belt, capable of preventing high blood pressure. SOLUTION: An extendable and contractible spring and the like is used inside of this belt buckle for fixing pants, the belt and an extendable and contractible part are connected to each other inside of the buckle, and extended by 2 cm in the buckle in accordance with the increase of tensile force to the belt caused by the variation of an abdominal circumference. Whereby an abdominal part can be prevented from being pressed by the belt, by wearing this belt buckle of 5 cm in length, and the rise of pressure inside of the abdominal part, which causes the rise is blood pressure, can be prevented.
