APRICOT FRAGRANCE FOR CIGARETTE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are apricot fragrance for cigarette and a method for mass-production of the same with low cost to enhance stability to contamination of microorganism. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of sterilizing the apricot fragrant material in a first agitation tank; introducing the first sterilized material into a second agitation tank; sterilizing again the material; introducing the second sterilized material into a third agitation tank; conducting a third sterilization of the material; cooling the agitation tank; introducing a third sterilized material; introducing sodium citrate into the sterilized material; and packaging the complete fragrant product. Into the agitation tank, mixed juice concentrate, caramel coloring material and flavor are added together to the sodium citrate to regulate pH of the product to desired value.
