PURPOSE: A method for delivering an insurance clause of a compact disk is provided to supply an insurance clause for the insured with a previous contracted insurance clause through one compact disk when various kinds of insurance are contracted. CONSTITUTION: An insurance company concluded an agreement with an operator of a clause supply web server connects to the clause supply web server by on-line using an Internet network or by off-line and requests a manufacture of a CD clause. The operator stores a corresponding insurance clause in an insurance commodity DB, manufactures a CD, and transmits the CD to the insurance company. The CD clause is output as a tree structure such as a kind, a list, or a text of a commodity. If an item in the list is selected, a corresponding text is output with a voice automatically. If an insured connects to the clause supply web server through an Internet network and selects newly contracted insurance commodity, a corresponding insurance clause is output in the insurance commodity DB and transmitted to the insured.
