PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal processing device capable of processing a DSP during downloading a program. SOLUTION: This digital signal processor is constructed of a program storage device having a plurality of blocks capable of reading/writing respective commands of the program, an access controlling device finding an address representing an existence location of the block and sequentially storing the respective commands of the program in a plurality of blocks in the program storage device and controlling access of the DSP to the block, and the DSP sequentially performing the stored commands.
