FIELD: medicine, massage. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with correcting body parts in women due to manual impact. One should affect with stroking and massaging techniques, moreover, impact is performed in period when catabolic processes predominate, since 14th to 27th d of menstrual cycle and, additionally, one should apply techniques of squeezing out and surface stretching, moreover these ones correspond to 60-70%; in the first half of correction course massaging movements predominate, and in the second half - squeezing out ones, and part of massaging and squeezing out movements should be done with weighing down. The present innovation improves results of figure correction in women due to impact upon subcutaneous-fatty fiber in period when catabolic processes predominate in female body.
