<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment such as a portable telephone, a portable device or the like capable of preventing a user from losing the electronic equipment by notifying the user that the electronic equipment has been left behind and protecting the electronic equipment itself from being illegally used by a third person. <P>SOLUTION: In a configuration of making the portable telephone 110 and the portable device 120 constituting a set to be one group of the set, the portable telephone 110 and the portable device 120 are provided with a first and a second radio communicating means 111 and 121 used to acquire the state of the other device, respectively, monitor at least the existence state of each other with the first and second radio communicating means 111 and 121, and contain at least either a first or a second outputting part 113 or 123 for performing an output corresponding to the existence state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
