<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system to reduce problems, such as executing wasteful process or delaying process as far as possible by enabling to automatically confirm whether a work can be actually processed, based on the specification of each manufacturing process at a phase before actually executing the manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of performing the production management of a product by computer control, a comparison means 14 compares specifications defining processing contents of each process beforehand and the actual situation of a production device 13 at each product process or the situation of the work. If inconsistencies on the process exist between the two, before executing a processing of each product process, such information is output to a display 27 by an alarm means 15, in order to indicate for the line worker and is transmitted to a terminal device 3 at an office via a communication line 5 to contact manufacturing person in charge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
