<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more well perform the deodorizing action of gas to be deodorized by optimally holding an activity condition of microorganisms in a deodorizing apparatus using the microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: A deodorizing tank 1 has an introducing port 1a for introducing the gas to be deodorized at the upper part thereof and an exhaust port 1d for the deodorized gas at the lower part thereof, and a region above a perforated plate 1c of the deodorizing tank 1 is filled with wood chips of a microorganism carrier. The deodorizing apparatus is constituted of this deodorizing tank 1, a moisture supply means 2 arranged to the upper part in the deodorizing tank 1, a moisture detection means 3 arranged on the way in the up and down direction in the deodorizing tank 1, a stirring means 4 arranged to the central part in the deodorizing tank 1 along the up and down direction, a vacuum exhaust blower 5 arranged to the exhaust port 1d, and a control means for controlling the operations of the moisture supply means 2 and the stirring means 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
