摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly accurate clad material in which the production of blow holes is prevented and the thickness distribution of the surface materials of which is uniform. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a clad material by which the surface material 3 is superimposed on the one side or both sides of a core material 2 and the core material 2 and the surface materials 3 are press-fixed by rolling this superimposed material 1, the bead welding of the core material 2 and the surface materials 3 is performed in the edge part 4 on both sides in the rolling direction of the superimposed material 1 in this manufacturing method of the highly accurate clad material. In addition, the bead welding refers to linear and continuous welding. Then, the production of blow holes is prevented because the air between the core material 2 and the surface materials 3 escapes from front and rear end parts (unwelded parts) 5 of the superimposed material 1. The surface materials 3 are not protruded and hung down from both the end parts, since both the end parts 4 of the superimposed material 1 are bead-welded and the surface materials 3 of an obtained clad material is uniform and has highly accurate thickness.
