PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credit settlement system without directly informing the store side of a credit card number.

SOLUTION: A credit transaction system 10 is provided with: a transaction information receiving part 101 for receiving a user ID for identifying a user from a store terminal 30; a credit number referring part 102 for obtaining a corresponding one within credit card numbers for the respective users stored in a credit information storage part 109 based on the received user ID; a credit number encryption part 103 for encrypting the obtained credit card number to generate an encrypted credit card number; a decrypting key generation part 105 for generating a decrypting key for decrypting the encrypted credit card number to the credit card number; an encrypted credit number transmission part 104 for transmitting the encrypted credit card number to the store terminal 30; and a decrypting key transmission part 106 for transmitting the decrypting key to a credit card company terminal 40.
