<p>Thienopyrimidines represented by the following general formula or salts thereof are provided as compounds exhibiting gonadotropic hormone-releasing hormone antagonism: wherein R1 is C1-4 alkyl; R2 is (1) phenyl which may have a substituent such as amino, mono-C1-4 alkylamino, or di-C1-4 alkyl- amino, (2) a heterocyclic group which may have a substituent such as amino, mono-C1-4 alkylamino, or di-C1-4 alkylamino, or the like; R3 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; and R4 is C1-4 alkyl which may have a substituent such as C1-4 alkoxycarbonyl, carboxyl, mono-C1-4 alkylamino, or N-C1-4 alkyl-N-C7-10 aralkylamino, or the like.</p> |
