The method involves joining a local user to a message chat room. The user is examined whether key is pressed for forwarding a message, if yes, then structuralized, modularized and hierarchy message menu is provided to user. Or else the local user waits for a number of pre-established reply messages provided by a server/remote cellular phone. The local user can modify the reply message and then press the send key.
