PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing internal organs of livestock is provided to recycle various components of the internal organs generated during the butchery of livestock, thereby preventing the contamination of environment as well as achieving various resources. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for processing internal organs of livestock comprises a crushing chamber(1) in which a plurality of cutter blades(4) are mounted to a rotating shaft(3), the chamber being formed at one side with an object input port(5) and a water supply hole(6), and at the other side with a discharge port, a driving motor(2) for the cutter blades, one or more screen chambers(10,11) formed with a plurality of perforated holes and a washing water nozzle(15), a first collecting vessel(21) communicating with the perforated holes, and a second collecting vessel(22) communicating with a discharge port(13) of a final screen chamber(1).
