PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise eliminator of a soundproof wall top small-sized and having excellent noise elimination effect by making the best use of a tolerance space at maximum. SOLUTION: In this noise eliminator of a soundproof wall top, at least two sound insulation plates connect the road side and counter-road side top parts in a tolerance space and the top of the soundproof wall, and the tops of the road side sound insulation plate and the counter-road side sound insulation plate are connected by a porous sound absorbing plate.
