<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid for a liquid jet head which is used for a liquid jet head for delivering the liquid to deposit it on a substrate and does not clog the opening of the liquid jet head having a very minute opening not used so far by optimizing the relation between the particle diameter of fine particles contained in the liquid and the diameter of the opening. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid is used by the liquid jet head which delivers the liquid through the minute opening, such as with a diameter Φ of 25 μm, to deposit it on the substrate. The liquid is a fine-particles-containing liquid prepared by dispersing fine particles in a liquid and is made so as to satisfy the relation represented by the equation: 0.001≤Dp/Do≤0.01 (wherein Dp is the size of the fine particles; and Do is the size of the minute opening). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
