PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt snow, frost and ice or the like deposited at the surrounding of a camera imaging window of the camera case so as to prevent disturbance on camera photographing due to grown snow, frost and ice or the like deposited at the surrounding. SOLUTION: The surrounding of the camera photographing window is covered with a waterproofing heater and deposition and growing of the snow, frost and ice or the like at the surrounding of the camera photographing window are prevented by utilizing the generated heat of the heater so that the camera can photograph an object while the visual field photographed by the camera is not shielded. As explained above, this invention can effectively melt the snow or the like deposited on the camera case. On the occurrence of a meteorological condition where snow is deposited on the case from a lateral direction particularly for snow storm, the deposition and growing at the surrounding of the camera photographing window can be prevented and the camera can photograph an object while the visual field of camera photographing is not shielded.
