PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element in which a position to mount a magnet is stabilized and a quality is made satisfactory. SOLUTION: In the non-reciprocal circuit element, a magnetic closed circuit is composed of a first yoke 1 arranged to cover a magnet 2 and a second yoke 3 arranged on the lower surface side of a ferrite member 4 and since a positioning member 11 for positioning the magnet 2 is mounted on the inner surface of the first yoke 1, the position to mount the magnet 2 is stabilized and fixed such that the high-quality non-reciprocal circuit element can be provided.
