PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable hard-coating resin composition giving a hard-coating layer of high surface hardness with high adhesiveness to another layer and also good glitterproofness.

SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable hard-coating resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 30-90 pts.wt. of a compound having in the molecule at least a (meth)acryloyl group with (B) 10-70 pts.wt. of an alkali- soluble component.
