<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility by concentrating much reflected light into a main visual angle side in a liquid crystal display device arranging a reflection electrode. <P>SOLUTION: In the dimple shape of the reflection electrode, dimples are elliptically formed in order to concentrate incident light in a main visual angle direction by the dimples. Since reflected light diffused in the main visual angle direction is concentrated, the visibility of a liquid crystal panel can be improved without deteriorating visual field angle characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
