<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water temperature raising device wherein a radiator having a copper pipe is arranged in a burner exhaust heat emission portion upon heating a bath, and water in a bathtub or additional supply water is circulated so as to restore the water into the bathtub, and thereby the gas burner exhaust heat upon heating the bath is used, a temperature of water in the bathtub or additional supply water upon taking the bath is raised, and save-energy effect can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A reverse cone cup shaped cylindrical radiator having the copper pipe wound spirally therein is provided in the portion wherein the gas burner exhaust heat is emitted upon heating the bath.
