PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homepage information processor and computer software capable of facilitating the input work by a user through a personal computer and easily providing homepage information of the Internet or the like. SOLUTION: This homepage information processor 1 has a function for performing the transmitting and receiving of information with a user terminal 2 connected through a network line 3. This processor further has a function for transmitting home page information having user input part information 32 displayed on the user terminal 2 and used for data input by the user to the user terminal; a function for receiving the input data inputted by use of the user input part information 32 and transmitted by the user; and a function for transmitting jump instruction information for automatically jumping the connection of the user terminal 2 to URL addresses 1b and 1c corresponding to the received input data to the user terminal 2.
