<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-contained gas supply structure that can excellently control fluctuation of the flow rate of the hydrogen-contained gas immediately after switch-over and stabilize the generating output of the fuel cell, and a fuel cell system having the same. <P>SOLUTION: This is a hydrogen-contained gas supply structure which comprises a receiving part 23 for receiving the hydrogen-contained gas from a hydrogen-contained gas generating device P, a supply passage 21 that connects the receiving part 23 and the fuel cell G, an exhaust passage 22 that connects the receiving part 23 and a burner 30 for burning and exhausting the hydrogen- contained gas, and a switching means 29 that switches over the supply state for allowing only the flow of the hydrogen-contained gas from the receiving part 23 to the supply passage 21 and the exhaust state for allowing only the flow of the hydrogen-contained gas from the receiving part 23 to the exhaust passage 22. A back pressure setting means 27 that sets to an equal pressure the back pressure impressing on the receiving part 23 in the supply state and the back pressure impressing on the receiving part 23 in the exhaust state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
