摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a film electrode junction for solid high polymer fuel cells, which can manufacture easily and efficiently the film electrode junction excellent in handling, durability, and output characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: It is the manufacturing method of the film electrode junction which consists of an ion exchange film, and a 1st electrode and a 2nd electrode, which have a 1st catalyst layer and a 2nd catalyst layer, which are oppositely arranged through this film, respectively, and the 1st catalyst layer is formed by applying liquid including the catalyst 1 on the base material, an ion exchange film is formed on it by applying coating liquid for forming an ion exchange film including fluoride containing polymer that has sulfonic group and fibril-like fluorocarbon polymer, and furthermore, the 2nd catalyst layer is formed by applying a liquid including the catalyst 2, on it, and base material is exfoliated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
