摘要 PURPOSE: A clock receiver circuit for adjusting current consumption according to an operation mode is provided to obtain a high operation speed by operating a differential amplifier and reduce a burn-in current by operating the second clock receiver for an LVTTL interface at a burn-in test operation mode. CONSTITUTION: A first clock receiver(120) includes a differential amplifier and a driving inverter. The first clock receiver(120) outputs an output clock signal in response to an input clock signal. A second clock receiver(140) has a four-stage inverter arrangements. The second clock receiver(140) outputs the output clock signal in response to the input clock signal. A controller(160) detects whether a semiconductor integrated circuit is in a normal operation mode or a burn-in test operation mode and controls the first and second clock receivers(120,140) according to the detected result. The controller(160) activates the first clock receiver(120) and deactivates the second clock receiver(120) during the normal operation mode. The controller(160) deactivates the first clock receiver(120) and activates the second clock receiver(120) during the burn-in operation mode.
