摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a high dielectric constant material which can be calcined at a low temperature and which results in a high dielectric constant of the obtained sintered body. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for a high dielectric constant material comprises 20 to 80 wt.% of glass powder having the composition of, by weight %, 10 to 50% of at least one kind in CaO, SrO and BaO, 2 to 20% of at least one kind in TiO<SB>2</SB>and ZrO<SB>2</SB>, 10 to 50% of at least one kind in PbO, Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>and 10 to 35% of at least one kind in SiO<SB>2</SB>and B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and 80 to 20 wt.% of ceramic filler. The sintered body obtained by calcining the composition at &le;900&deg;C has &ge;15 dielectric constant at 1 MHz frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
