<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame body with optical filter, which enables an optical filter to be fitted to the fitting frame body with high precision obliquely at such a tilt angle that a desired transmission characteristic is obtained and improves the productivity when a mounted optical device is produced in-line, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are the optical filter 2 and the fitting frame body 3 to which the optical filter 2 is fitted and at a part 3c2 of a fitting place of the fitting frame body 3 where the optical filter 2 is fitted, an angle adjusting thin film 4 of a specified thickness is provided. Then the optical filter 2 is so slanted with the angle adjusting thin film with respect to the fitting surface 3d where the fitting frame body 3 is fitted as to have the desired transmission characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
