<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester laminate which is excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance, emboss processability and scuff resistance, and is suitably used as a card for the on-vehicle ETC in particular and also has a recycling property. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate is integrated with a layer to be coated on both surfaces of a core layer, wherein the core layer is formed of a crystalline polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 80 to 100°C and the layer to be coated is formed of a non-crystalline polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 95 to 130°C.
