<p>PURPOSE: Provided are an improved landfill method of organic municipal waste and an apparatus for stabilizing organic municipal waste in early stage, thereby reducing waste treatment time and increasing waste treatment efficiency using dynamic compaction. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of forming trench(2) on the ground for installing leachate drain pipe therein, laying a synthetic resin liner(3) on the trench(2), installing pipe members(100) on the synthetic resin liner(3) at regular intervals, filling a waste layer (S1) on the pipe members(100), thereby discharging leachate and landfill gas from the waste layer (S1), and supplying air to the waste layer (S1) through the pipe members(100) so as for the waste layer (S1) to be stabilized early, drawing lengthwise and breadthwise lines on the waste layer (S1), performing dynamic compaction at the cross point of the lengthwise and breadthwise lines, thereby reducing height of the waste layer (S1) by about 20%, and repeating the filing a waste layer and performing dynamic compaction. The apparatus includes pipe members(100) installed on the ground of landfill and between stacked waste layers, wherein the pipe member(100) includes a spirally wrinkled pipe having a plurality of circular arc shape protrusions and circular arc shape concave at the outer surface grooves, a filter member covering the spirally wrinkled pipe, a plurality of penetrating holes formed on the pipe, and spaces formed between the filter member and the pipe, and wherein the filter member is unwoven cloth.</p> |
