PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a communication terminal to control simply and appropriately access to a resource on a network. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 40 restricts access of the cellular phone 40 to sites on the Internet 20 only to the book marks registered by a person in parental authority of the user (minor) of the cellular phone 40. It is restricted only for the person in parental authority authenticated by the user to register the book marks for the cellular phone 40.
