PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a trap message using an SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) based a TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) method is provided to reduce load of an agent by transmitting the trap message after waiting until an error of a link is solved. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter transmits data 1 to a receiver(s101). The receiver transmits a data 1 reception report to the transmitter(s102). The transmitter transmits the next data, data 2 to the receiver after receiving the data 1 reception report(s103). If an error is generated in a link and data is not transmitted to the receiver, the receiver does not send a data 2 reception report(s104). The transmitter retransmits the data 2 after waiting for a predetermined time(s105). The transmitter repeatedly transmits the data 2 until the transmitter receives the data 2 reception report(s106).
