PURPOSE: A method for automatically generating an accounting slip on an accounting processing system is provided to automatically generate the accounting slip only inputting a date and price to an input window after selecting an item from a popup menu. CONSTITUTION: If a user requests the generation of the accounting slip, an icon table previously stored in a database and formed by the icons symbolizing the items on the accounting slip is displayed on a computer screen(S12,S14). If the user selects the icon from the icon table, the popup menu matching with the selected icon and including a plurality of items is displayed on the computer screen(S16). If the user selects the item included in the popup menu, the input window to input the date and the price is displayed(S18). If the date and the price are inputted, the accounting slip for the item is generated and stored as a file(S20). |
