摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis adjustment mechanism used for hologram recording and its adjusting method. SOLUTION: In a movable holder 1 of the optical axis adjustment mechanism, a rotation support receiving part 13 for abutting on a rotation support part provided at the bottom of a rotation holder 2 to rotate a rotation holder 2, a movement adjustment groove 1b, a plurality of rotation holder fixing screw holes 1a, 1c and 1d, and movable holder fixing holes 1e and if are formed. Around the rotation supporting part, a plurality of fixing holes 2c, 2d and 2e are provided at positions coinciding with the rotation holder fixing screw holes 1a, 1c and 1d. A reflection mirror 3 is provided over the rotation holder 2. The movable holder 1 adjusts springs 9a, 9b and 9c and screws 8a, 8b and 8c inserted into the fixing holes 2c, 2d and 2e for varying optical path length to respectively adjust light directions by using an eccentric pin having a projection part at a position deviated from the central axis and an adjustment tool having an adjustment through hole through which the eccentric pin is made to pass through.
