PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport conveyer device capable of keeping a stable conveying state with less vibration of a conveyed article for a long time without tooth jump even in high load conveyance and high speed conveyance close to the maximum allowable tension of a chain. SOLUTION: This transport conveyer device comprises, a chain 102 for conveyance circulated and suspended along a supply route and a return route that are vertically travelling between a driving sprocket 101 and a driven sprocket, and at least one return roller 103 for supporting the return route of the chain 102 from the downside.
