PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel heat-conductive sheet which has high heat conductivity and further so strong adhesion between a graphite layer and an elastomer layer as to be enough to prevent peeling and the like, while maintaining advantages of preventing a defect such as cleavage of the sheetlike graphite layer in relation to deformation and of also being excellent in mass-producing properties. SOLUTION: A woven fabric or nonwoven fabric 11 is stuck on one side of the sheetlike graphite layer 10 with an adhesive containing a heat-conductive additive 12, and the sheetlike elastomer layers 14 and 14' are laminated on both of the woven fabric or nonwoven fabric 11 and the other side of the sheetlike graphite layer 10. A heat-conductive filler 15 is compounded in at least one of the sheetlike elastomer layers 14 and 14' on both sides. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
