<p>A non-aqueous secondary battery comprising a positive electrode (1), a negative electrode (2) and a non-aqueous electrolyte, wherein the non-aqueous electrolyte contains a compound (A) formed by bonding a benzene ring with a halogen radical and a compound (B) to be oxidized at a potential lower than that for the compound (A), and the compound (B) is at least one kind of compound selected from an aromatic compound and a heterocyclic compound, thereby providing a non-aqueous secondary battery that ensures an excellent over-charge safety and a storing reliability with gas hardly produced when stored at high temperature.</p> |
