COMPRESSION MOLDING METHOD FOR CUT GRASS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good bar-like compressed molded body even if cut grass contains less moisture. SOLUTION: A sprayer 26 is provided to spray water in the inside of a hopper 23 for a volumetric feeding machine 21 for feeding the cut grass to a compression molding machine 1a to humidify the cut grass. When a powdery discharged body is discharged from a discharging nozzle 6 of the machine 1a, the water is sprayed from the sprayer 26 to humidify the cut grass fed to the machine 1a. In this way, the cut grass is prevented from being crushed into powder with a screw 3, thereby obtaining the good compressed molded body which is sufficiently compacted with moisture.
