WASHING TYPE COATING BOOTH USING TWO-STAGE WATER STREAMS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a large amount of water is used in a washing coating chamber wherein coating mist is collected by a shower in order to enhance the collection efficiency of the coating mist to be circulated to the water flow plate of the front of the coating chamber or a shower nozzle but coating is easy to adhere to the interior ranging from the suction port provided to the lower part of the water flow plate to a shower washing region to increase cleaning load and a flowing sound or collision sound of water applies an unpleasant feeling to a worker as noise and brings about the adverse effect on the vicinity. SOLUTION: A trough for receiving shower water ejected in order to collect coating mist is provided in a treatment chamber and a part of shower water is refluxed to a water tank while the remainder thereof is allowed to overflow longitudinally to be allowed to flow down from the water flow plate forming a vertical surface. The water flow plate is constituted of two upper and lower stage water flow plates in the treatment chamber and the first stage water flow plate is arranged to the upper front region of the treatment chamber while the second stage water flow plate is arranged to the lower rear region thereof. A passage through which a sucked air flow passes is formed between the first and second stage water flow plates and the lower end of the second stage water flow plate is dipped in a lower water flow.
