METHOD FOR MAGNETIC ANNEALING NON-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: A method for magnetic annealing a non-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided to decrease iron loss while increasing magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of reheating a non-oriented electrical steel sheet at higher than 200 deg.C; starting magnetic annealing from the temperature range of 350 and 600 deg.C at a cooling rate of 30 to 120 deg.C/sec; and finishing magnetic annealing at less than 200 deg.C, wherein vertical and horizontal magnetic field are alternatingly applied to the non-oriented electrical steel sheet.
