STRUCTURE OF SQUARE SHAFT AND TURRET

PURPOSE: A structure of a square shaft and a turret is provided to maximize wear resistance and enable semi-permanent use by forming a nitride-coating layer and a thermal spray-coating layer on the square shaft and forming a nitride-coating layer on the inner surface of the turret. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of a square shaft(10) and a turret(20) installed in a high-speed cam box(80), a first coating layer(30) is formed on the peripheral side of the square shaft and a second coating layer(40) is formed on the inner surface of the turret. The second coating layer is formed through nitride coating. The first and second coating layers move rectilinearly and rotate while touching directly in fastening the square shaft and the turret.
