PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device of an electric lock capable of freely switching modes of inside and outside operating members by means of one electric lock. SOLUTION: The switching device of the electric lock includes an inside driving cam pivoting on a lock box by the inside operating member, an engaging member pulling back a locking piece pivoted so as to engage with the inside driving cam and engaged with a strike, an operating member locking means provided to a guide section so as to engage with the driving cam in a detachable manner, an inside engaging arm pivoted so as to enable a locking state of the locking means to switch to an unlocking state, an inside operating member mode switching means pivoted so as to engage with the engaging arm and an operation mode switching means having a driving piece pivoted so as to enable the inside engaging arm to rotate on an operating lever of a driving source and switching the operation mode of the electric lock to a locking in the case power is disconnected or a locking in the case power is connected by moving a setting position of the driving source.
