PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise converter whose cost is cut by reducing the number of its components and the manhour of its wirings. SOLUTION: In the low-noise converter, the number of its wirings is reduced by feeding a bias voltage from a power-supply circuit 15 to a terminal 51 of a main board 2, by connecting the output terminal of a BPF 72 and the terminal 51 by a capacitor 18 for cutting a DC voltage, by connecting a terminal 52 of a sub-board 3 and the signal input of a MIX 8 by a capacitor 19, by connecting the terminal 52 and the power-supply input of the MIX 8 by a bus line 17, and by connecting the terminal 51 of the main board 2 and the terminal 52 of the sub-board 3 by an inter-board connection pin 43.
