PURPOSE: A method for an Internet advertisement service using an eyesight, various voices and background music is provided to enable a visually handicapped user to contact advertisement on a general computer in real time. CONSTITUTION: A server converts a character or a character file into a voice. A main server(voice advertisement supply company) stores various background music and supplies a background music according to user selections. The main server supplies contents of a voice advertisement to a homepage owner who wants to receive the voice advertisement. Principal advertisement contents are supplied through a voice with background music. If a desired commodity is clicked on a screen, contents of a text file with respect to the commodity are converted into a voice, and advertisement contents are supplied.
