DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING REDUCING COUNTER OF COILER

PURPOSE: A reducing counter device of a coiler is provided to automate processes by automatically setting a reducing point without inputting a counter. CONSTITUTION: An input/output unit(10) inputs/outputs set items. An interlocking PID(Proportional Integral Differential) control unit(20) controls a coiler to maintain a synchronized speed by measuring a flux and a signal from a dancer. A measurer encoder(50) measures the length to be wound in a coiler. A servo driving unit(40) winds a wire rod by using a servo motor(42). A PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) unit(30) calculates a reducing point by receiving a signal from the measurer encoder and controls the servo driving unit for reducing a winding speed when the winding speed of the wire rod is reached to the reducing point. Thereby, processes are automated.
