The present discloses an improved vertical refrigerator (1) with commercial technical characteristics that allow the volume capacity variation, cabinet dimension and sorts of compressor (C) (hermetic reciprocal or of variable speed and capacity): a vertical refrigerator (1) equipped with a temperature control system (S) including an electronic apparatus (2) having the capacity to keep the internal temperature characteristics in the refrigeration chamber (R) within ideal refrigeration conditions before the liquid freezing point (-2.5°C) allowing the liquid in the bottles or cans (G) to be kept at an ideal refrigeration temperature (-2.5°C) while the bottles and cans surface is kept in a minimum of -4°C and -7.5°C allowing the bottles to be covered by a thin layer of frost, the refrigerator has panels (6) with wire divisor frames (7) preferably with the same distances between the wire divisor frames so the bottles or cans could be well organized within the refrigeration chamber (R).
