PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method and a winding device which suppresses the occurrence of rough winding and, at the same time, performs the winding of magnetic tape to a reel at a higher speed than the conventional one. SOLUTION: This winding method of magnetic tape features that the winding is performed at a lower prescribed pressure than the standard atmospheric pressure when the magnetic tape is wound to the reel.
